VESSEL TRACKING & SHIP TRACKERS

The GMM-Nav-Tracker has all of the same tracking features as the other versions, but adds wireless transmitters into the control unit that communicate with any of the Marine Magellan systems. The GMM-Nav-Tracker cannot be armed or disarmed from the website like the other versions, but rather is armed and disarmed by the Marine Magellan. This gives the unit the ability to be controlled via a cell phone.

The added benefit of the GMM-Nav-Tracker to a Marine Magellan system is that it will report when the Marine Magellan goes into alarm via Inmarsat. This is helpful in situations where the vessel is out of range of the GSM cellular networks. The GMM-Nav-Tracker can be part of any Marine Magellan system when it is originally installed or added at anytime.
